You can import your employees to your software, or mass update or append data to your employee profiles.

The template to use to import is found by running the Employee Report and saving as .csv:

To import your staff, ensure to fill in all relevant details, and in the Active column enter 'True' for them to show as active employees within your software.

To update your staff details, run the Employee Report as .csv.  Change the values required, and then when you re-import that data check the 'Overwrite on import' box.  If you are overwriting some data with new blank data then check the 'Overwrite with no data' box.
